To be completely transparent. This is my fault at this point. I have had plenty opportunity to migrate my sites from one location to another. So even though they are terrible, I have had ample opportunity to move my sites away from them.
Here is a clip of the conversation:
“Thank you for being on hold. I’ve checked with my admins team regarding this issue. Everything is working fine from server end. Since you are having a shared server small changes will effect the websites, James. I would recommend you to upgrade your plan to cloud hosting so you can resolve this issue completely.”
Yeah. (see image on page for how much traffic and space I use, uh huh 1%)
They attempted to upsell me because they were having issues. I have simple sites that are low traffic. My response:
“You tried to UPSELL me because YOU couldnt host some simple low traffic sites?!??!? I am a senior Web Developer for a large media company. I may not know the exact workings of servers and hosting, but I know enough that what you tried to pull was as bad as it gets. I am not kidding when I say I am seriously considering filing with AG and BBB and Angies, etc Unacceptable.”
